Lime Square in Openshaw comprises a Morrison's superstore of 79,250 sq ft with 640 car parking spaces with extensive main road frontage and 3 separate car park access points. The demolition of a mixed use site included the separation of a large factory complex during which the occupier, a major employer continued to operate their business without interruption.
From the tender submission to PC we have found PDR to be an excellent construction partner, they have delivered in all key areas cost, quality and delivery. They have built our new Morrison's store in Openshaw on time and to everyone's satisfaction taking on a challenging site with extensive remediation and clearance not to mention the Manchester weather!
