16 nr Code 4 Sustainable Apartments. The works comprised of a detailed design, traditionally constructed but using modern methods of construction and completion of 16 new Affordable Apartment dwellings together with all associated External works, drainage, statutory authority works, new carriageway and public footpath construction works. Environmental Improvement works comprising the detailed design and construction of new driveways, boundary walls, gates and railings were also carried out to adjacent dwellings
