PDR offer a free service in providing a budget cost based on detailed plans or just initial thoughts which can provide the basis of any decision to progress the project further.

Design and Build

PDR offer a comprehensive Design and Build service either in the traditional format – from a concept to the finished building - or where the plans have already been drawn up to be adopted by us, the contractor.

PDR have at their disposal an enviable resource of architects and engineers, who are able to produce buildings of any size, material, and use, be it a functional steel framed warehouse or an elaborate cutting edge and state of the art piece of architecture.

PDR have undertaken Design and Build projects from £500k to in excess of £20m.
