PDR’s 12th Job for JCT600 is a Mini Adventure
Hull-based PDR Construction has secured its 12th contract for family-owned motor group JCT600. Work starts this week on the £500k contract to build an extension and refurbish the existing MINI dealership at Sticker Lane in Bradford.
JCT600 is one of the UK’s largest privately owned motor groups, operating 21 franchises in Yorkshire and the North East including some of the most famous and prestigious marques in motoring history.
Previous dealerships completed by PDR for JCT600 include the Porsche Centre Leeds, Lister Park BMW in Bradford, which was opened by HRH Prince Andrew, Brooklands – Lotus, Ferrari and Maserati Centre in Leeds, Peugeot in Bradford and Mercedes-Benz in Sheffield.
Architect on this latest scheme is Axis 3 Design, structural surveyor is Bland & Swift.
