PDR Construction wins contracts worth £20M
Yorkshire-based PDR Construction has secured a £6m contract from Halladale Development & Southern Vectis to build a new retail centre incorporating a transport interchange on the Isle of Wight. The 65,000sq ft scheme is due for completion in summer 2006.
Other new contracts include a £3.6m warehouse in Huthwaite, Nottinghamshire for Sladen Estates; a £2.9m workshop facility for Britcom in Market Weighton, East Yorkshire; a £2.5m Toyota dealership for Reeves Burrows in Doncaster, South Yorkshire; a £2m Granite trade centre in Ashford, Kent; a £1.8m Sunvale trade centre in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire; and a £1.8m Toyota dealership in Wigan, Lancashire for HW Moon.
John White, Procurement Director, said: “We have entered a new phase in the company's development, with these contract wins taking us over the £50m turnover mark.”
