PDR are committed to behave responsibly and to respond to our social, ethical and environmental obligations in a positive and proactive manner.

Minimising the environmental impact of our activities, We promote equality of opportunity and a culture of respect, and improving the lives of others in the wider community.

• PDR realises the importance of engaging in consultation with those communities, as well as contributing to the economic and social wellbeing of that area
• Local labour initiatives are implemented and materials are used where possible
• Staff involvement with the local community is actively encouraged
• Encourage Young people to enter the industry

Our approach to Corporate Social Responsibilty means that we consider all of these issues in our work, in our community initiatives as well as PDR actively encourages participation in community projects, with staff undertaking many hours of voluntary work and charity fundraising.
